As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my goal is to come alongside you, look at your individual needs, lean into what your symptoms and imbalances are telling us, and create a bio-individual plan just for YOU. Just as the name states, this is THERAPY. This is not a one and done type of approach. Our body does not come to a place of dysfunction overnight and therefore, it will not be fixed through one simple phone call.
